Founded in 1987, Sierra Computer Group provides a wide range of services for Windows NT, UNIX, and AS/400 platforms. Sierra's specialty lies in bridging new technology and old, shaping and extending systems to meet the demands of the 21st century's global, Internet-driven markets.
In one sense, you might think of us as an "open source" consultancy. Over time our consulting practice has grown to include employees and independent consultants with diverse technical backgrounds. A number of our consultants have gone on to create their own successful individual consulting practices.
That reservoir of individual talent and drive has served us well. Many of our consultants continue to be part of Sierra long after their assignments with us. Together, they form a close-knit network of talented professionals sharing experience and skills. Although engaged in various contract assignments, they continue to work in partnership with current Sierra consultants to explore new opportunities. In exchange, Sierra provides not only potential channels for new business but also the technical and commercial resources to achieve their current goals.
